Most, if not all of our products and or services are Intellectual Property and or Copyrighted Property, all of which are non-refundable, unlimited to: Download(s), eBook(s), Advice, Consult(s), all Printed Work(s), all Visual Work(s), Audible and/or Recorded Work(s), Joining Fees, Membership Dues and or Fees, Registration Fees, Subscription Fees, and Other Fees. 

To be eligible for a return, your (physical) item must be unopened and unused; it must be in the same condition that you received it AND it must also be in the original packaging.

GENERAL DISCLOSURE: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, also newspapers, newsletters, books, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Downloadable, Virtual, and Software products
  • Any Health and Personal Care item

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Issuance of a refund is at our sole discretion.

Once your (physical) return is received and inspected, if applicable, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10-business days.

Late or missing refunds

If we approved your refund but you haven’t received the refund after 15-business days, you may Contact Us.

Sale items

Sale items, (if applicable for refund) will be refunded at the sale price.

Exchanges

If applicable, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Contact Us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received (per the above terms), as applicable a gift certificate may be issued to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you, we may send a refund to the gift giver who may be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item(s), we strongly suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to cover the value of the item you are returning. We are not responsible for items that you return.
